PPR Pipe Production Line/ PPR Pipe Extrusion Line/ PPR Pipe Making Machine/PPR Tube Production Line/ PPR Tube Extrusion Line/ PPR Tube Making Line
PPR pipe extrusion line is used to produce PPR pipe. PPR pipe is usually used for hot cold water supply. The PPR pipe can be two layer or three layer.
1) The PPR Pipe Production Line adopts the high efficiency spiral pole extruding machine made by our company. It has the characters of high-speed extruding and high efficiency plasticized.
2) PPR Pipe Extrusion Line adopt special screw of barrier pattern with double poler mix-refining, and adopt motor barrel with opening dent.
3) PPR Tube Extrusion line with Twice-diffluence new pattern mould is equipped, which has the characters of Iow temperature and Iow pressure extruding. And the fixing diameter cover with water pattern can guarantee the high speed production of pipe material.
4) PPR Tube production line is controlled by PLC Programme, and favorable man-machine interface is set up.
5) PPR Pipe extrision line with the marked line extrusion can be chose in the production line, which can produce the color marked pipe material. This also can produces the PE Pipe if change the mould.
