This line is designed to produce PVC suction hose ( PVC spiral reinforced hose). It consists two extruders, die moulds and cooling bath.
The material of suction hose is soft PVC and regid PVC together helix as reinforced.
Features of PVC suction hose:
1. Flexible and durable
2. Cadmium and leadfree.
3. Resistant to a wide range of chemicals
4. Rigid PVC spiral embeded enable high resistance to abrasion, kind and impact
5. Bend radious: 5times of diameter
Applications of PVC suction hose:
1. Application for drainage water suction and discharge in construction, mining, marine, and irrigation purposes.
2. Conveyance of air, chemicals, fuel, fertilizer and punematic lines etc
